Fuller in the light. You tend to wander to your right and back and were in the dark on several featured vocals and solos.
More wide camera shots. On the grammys last night there was an equal amount of close and wide shots. This shows off the set, PVP, lights, interaction and energy of the band and singers, etc.
I waited for this to be posted just so I could tell DAVID how amazing his shots are! You're so dynamic on and off stage! :]
The mix is fantastic, Fuller...
I agree with Henry and would also like to see more wide camera shots.
Vocalists: let's all work on providing energy the moment we step on-stage, not letting it drop until we are in the green room. So even when we're not singing or not doing a featured vocal line, we've got to be engaging, worshipful, and focused... if we're not all on the same page as far as that goes, it could potentially be distracting to individuals in the congregation.
And of course, props to my husband, Dustin. Great energy, and your vocals were VERY strong!
Love you guys. You are all AMAZING. I love worshiping with y'all!
In the ICampus video you cannot always hear the backup singers. Example at 18 seconds in. Only the lead vocalist is heard. It seems odd to not hear both people singing.
Fuller, you are doing a better quick mix for the iCampus each week! Keep it up, bro!
I agree that Fuller was moving out of the light, but from on stage I could see that he only had about 1 square foot to stand and still be in the light. And standing in one exact place as a worship leader doesn't allow enough energy to draw in the congregation. I noticed too that Chris' spot was lit for a shorter person. His head was frequently dark. I think it's mostly an issue of a brand new set and getting the lights all set right. But we need to find a balance of larger lighting spots and staying in one place.
Dustin, I love getting to see you lead instead of back in the day when you just stood in the back and played guitar with the rest of us.
Emily, you do such an awesome job of bringing energy the whole time you are on stage! It's always great to see you engaged in worship and not just singing on stage!
I love getting to serve with you guys. Keep it up!
Two quick comments.
